Main tasks executed in the project: - Design an innovative user experience. - Investigate the needs of our users in terms of digital experience and usability. As well as perform benchmark research (competitive analysis). - Carry out tests/usability tests. - Design User testing research instruments to be executed - Design wireframes and prototypes of high fidelity interactive interfaces for web and mobile apps. - Define and design micro-interactions for user flows. - Ensure the correct implementation of the interface design, validating in QA stages. - Document, record and present the results of investigations and evidence clearly to the rest of the team. - Work collaboratively with Product Managers/Owners and Developers in the correct production and improvement of user interfaces. - Stay up-to-date with design and usability trends in the industry and the digital world.

Main tasks executed in the project: - Led a team to maintain the internal style guide and implement new design patterns in documents, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes for both web and mobile presentations. - Constant meetings with stakeholders to learn about business objectives and define the roadmap of UX, throughout the product life cycle. - Mobile heuristic evaluation, usability tests, A/B tests - I have collaborated with the developers in the exports of the prototypes in high fidelity for their adequate compliance and following the guidelines of the approved prototype.

I worked on a contract project with the Ms Logist team to redesign their web system within the Distribution and Transportation logistics activities. The project involved working with stakeholders from both Synopsis and Ms Logist to conduct needs finding, create new information architecture, content strategy, design sketches, flowcharts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and usability testing. The project was developed under the Design Thinking methodology.

I worked with the Project Leader, developers, and marketers to create features and meet business goals. I collaborated in the design of a new design system to renew the user experience of the website for Benoti, Volvo spare parts Peru, and Abbott group brands among others. Event material was developed for topics such as Business Proposal, Portfolio Creation, and Usability.

I collaborated with developer teams and managed a wide variety of cross-media projects involving branding, illustrations, and UI design for startups and gastronomic institutions such as El Encanto de la Selva, Missouri, Hotel NewYork de Tingo María. I designed the offers section for one of the main gastronomy websites in Huánuco. My responsibilities included heuristic analysis, wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, concept sketches, and visual design. The design development and launch of 2 websites and created marketing materials for the sales team.

I've created app prototypes and web-mobile pages for startups in different fields, from real estate to fast food, supervised production specifications, and facilitated design reviews with stakeholders in all 15 editions. I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and the marketing team. Previously, I worked as a UX lead for clients and offline editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Created various design tools to advance internal UX processes.
