Project Manager assuring the delivery for multiple projects and ongoing services, mainly DevOps for B2B SaaS Startups & Scaleups. I'm providing a full delivery pipeline, planning, leading, organizing, and motivating DevOps and Agile project teams to achieve high performance and quality in projects that provide exceptional business value to users. Helping the organization to put in place the appropriate people, processes, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency. As a part of my responsibilities, I define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value, while being the internal and external reference for any project status and working meetings. I manage risks and issues related to delivery and resource management, and set goals to prepare a delivery roadmap for short-, medium- and long-term scenarios, supporting the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.

Led the the corporate Business and IT teams for the management of products and tools adapted to their requirements. Led the methodological and budgetary controls on the project portfolio (+200 in execution) for the Regional IT PMO of Cencosud with scope in 5 countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil). Main Responsibilities: -Corporate planning and delivery of IT solutions for retail business units. -Support Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Business PO in agile project management. -Be the Scrum Master for continuous improvement team for tools and products of IT PMO. -Build reports and data visualization for the different customers and their requirements. -Design and monitoring of Value Metrics / KPI on products and projects. -Development and evaluation of business cases associated with IT projects. -Analysis and management of the implementation of new technologies. -Reports project portfolio to C-Level managers with value, time and budget metrics.

Coordinate the different IT projects ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives (Budget –time - scope), carrying out the planning, and monitoring of the activities in the full life cycle of software. Additionally, being the Scrum Master of development teams of which I was initially working as a Functional Analyst.
