Led the the corporate Business and IT teams for the management of products and tools adapted to their requirements. Led the methodological and budgetary controls on the project portfolio (+200 in execution) for the Regional IT PMO of Cencosud with scope in 5 countries (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil). Main Responsibilities: -Corporate planning and delivery of IT solutions for retail business units. -Support Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Business PO in agile project management. -Be the Scrum Master for continuous improvement team for tools and products of IT PMO. -Build reports and data visualization for the different customers and their requirements. -Design and monitoring of Value Metrics / KPI on products and projects. -Development and evaluation of business cases associated with IT projects. -Analysis and management of the implementation of new technologies. -Reports project portfolio to C-Level managers with value, time and budget metrics.
