A full-time data scientist, I am involved with pre-sales, data engineering and data science projects. Last highlight was an extensive Exploratory Analysis followed by quantitative statistical models (Machine Learning) to forecast the weekly number of delivery trips according to clients and routes for a great logistics multinational company. Using R and Extreme Gradient Boosting regression method, which offered a high accuracy, this model was applied in Mexico, Brazil and Chile, delivered through a Docker conteiner that generates a Parquet file with the previsions.
