At Zoox, I work on a worldwide scale product called Zoox Smart WiFi. I am responsible for developing new features and fixing bugs in our Administrative Panel, APIs that support the product, and the main Portal that receives 9 million requests per day. Accomplishments: - Created a highly available customer insight dashboard on Microservice Architecture that tracks user interactions to extract customer insights in real-time. - Significantly reduction of internal API calls and page speed increasing through cache strategy implementation. - Became a team member who is a technical reference for co-workers. - Migrated the application from fixed AWS Elastic Computing (EC2) machines to AWS ElasticBeanstalk platform in order to have more availability through auto-scaling features.

At Realejo, I was responsible for making corrections and improvements to existing systems and also developing new products. One of our main customers was the BFFC franchise group, and two of its main brands had projects with us (Bobs and Yoggi). Accomplishments: - Created an E-Learning project called "Bobs Training Portal" that was used by Bob's employees to help them on their onboard. - Administrated the BFFC Corporate Extranet that had a live dashboard for administrators. This system was responsible for keeping stores information updated and much more.

I was responsible for making corrections and improvements to the Portal Payment system called "Petronect.com.br", which is based on SRM SAP R/3. My role as an Analyst required me to perform tasks such as identifying and writing system requirements’ specifications and test scripts.

Studying abroad I was able to improve my English skills and being in touch with a variety of cultures brought me a better vision of the world and a lifelong personal development. In my undergraduate course at Indiana University Bloomington, I was able to learn new technologies for software development such as Python(Django), Node.Js, MongoDB, and a little bit of Ruby on Rails. Also, I reviewed some techniques of Software Engineering in the field of analysis, design, project specification, data modeling, quality assurance, testing e deployment. In other words, the whole software development life cycle. Last but not least, I learned some technologies and methods of Data mining such as clusterization, classification, and regression.

I was responsible for identifying requirements for new web systems, programming new systems with Kohana MVC framework, and fixing currents systems such as Online Ads. Accomplishments: - Redesigned the online ads system which allowed integration with the partner system more easily.
