Currently a Senior UX Designer in the User Education team of Pinterest, I'm helping to improve the Pinterest Help Center. I'm working directly with the US team as a contractor. Main tool is Figma.

● Participated in the creation of an app for citizens to pay, see and search for their housing/living taxes. ● Took part in the development of an app for health/endemic prevention professionals who travel around the city collecting data and inspecting places for possible endemic diseases and take care of people with compromised health. ● Participated in the integration of an ERP system for public management, which includes 20 modules and integrations of various types. ● Created high-fidelity prototypes in Adobe XD and Figma for various business areas. ● Developed internal design guidelines using an internally developed tool using React, HTML, CSS (LESS), and Javascript. ● Researched and analyzed product UX metrics using Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Freshmarketer, and HotJar. ● Implemented user feedback analysis tools. ● In charge of component standardizations between products and systems of various languages using React and Angular components.
