I'm Jack's Craft Beer: Developed an artisanal beer production process from raw materials to distribution, using innovative and agressive online marketing techniques, achieving 4,7 stars onTripAdvisor, successively being listed between the most prominent beers on Untappd,reaching 10K followers on media channels, in an operation that started in São Paulo andwas transferred to Porto, Portugal. This operation was acquired and led me to be hired as Head of Operations of Sovina, Grupo Esporão.

• Managed of a team of 6 software engineers in the development of a Proof Of Concept one of the first implementations of BizTalk + SSIS in Brazil, for the Ricardo Gumbleton Daunt Identification Institute and Serpro, succesfully achieving a completely asynchronous messages architecture allowing for loosely coupled modules across all the platforms, based upon OS/400 and OS/360 running DB2/AS/400 and Windows Server running Oracle. • Managed the development of the Risk Management project applied to the Energy Auctions at Energias de Portugal (EDP), the first project based on Machine Learning I worked at, in 2005. With a team of 5 software engineers and 5 mathematicians and statisticians, the team managed to bring down the whoel risk analysis process from 6 weeks to 8 hours.

• Developed and structured 25 business models for various projects for clients such as Livraria Saraiva, Pirelli and BOVESPA, through the application of the Business Modeling and Requirements Engineering disciplines of the Rational Unified Process, applied to the J2EE platform (BEA / Weblogic) and Microsoft .NET. • Completed 25 visits to prospects, resulting in 10 RFPs, 8 technical proposals and 2 commercial proposals in one year.

• At the São Paulo software factory, led a team of 6 software engineers in the development og global projects for clients like Citibank, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and Editora Abril, using Java-OAS J2EE and iPlanet/Oracle 8i, with a track of projects delivered on time of 75%.

• Development, improvement and maintenance of the Accor GR's ERP system, plus the communication with the remainder of the Accor group, using Visual Basic + Visual C++ + ASP + SQL Server + Integration Services + Crystal Reports, with a team of 8 team members, over 4 years of development.

• Implemented a reporting tool at Pirelli, which was used to report the main metrics (KPI) to the management: Tableau du Bord, using Visual C++ and Oracle's PL/SQL with Crystal Reports. • Downsized numerous systems from mainframe to client-server solutions at Volkswagen, using Visual C++ + Microsoft SQL Server + Integration Services + Crystal Reports in order to decrease costs and increase the number of concurrent users. • Developed the new e-procurement system for Riachuelo, using Visual Basic + ASP + IIS + SQL Server + Integration Services.

• Developed and maitained applications specialized in barcode generation as well as deskjet printer drivers, using Turbo Pascal/Turbo C/Borland C++.
