Back-end and front-end development using Ruby on Rails for an online Thrift Store, contributing to a new standalone version, transitioning from an OpenSource project to an in-house solution, researching and fixing bugs during development and release, creating integrations with third-party services for payment, shipment tracking and push notifications. Being responsible for both feature development and bug fixing.

The experience I had here was magnificent and brought several learnings into my life, I was able to work on back-end development with Ruby on Rails in some internal management projects. I was introduced to the IDE arduino while working there, this left me even more invested in software development, always studying and trying to know more about it.
A very pleasant start to a journey opened my eyes to a wide variety of knowledge and personal development. I had to develop my communication skills even more since I worked with customer service both personally and remotely, I always had an interest in development and design and they gave me the chance to work on something I love!
Despite being a very short journey, it was where I developed my communication skills to optimize myself with efficient, direct, and educated customer service, as well as learning more about another branch of technology, helping customers with technical issues on most Asus Zenfone devices.
My first job, was where I started learning even more about computers than I already knew at the time, is a very valuable experience that awakened my passion for technology, as well as helped me with my communication skills, helping customers remotely with multiple technical problems with Dell products and so on.
