Role: Bug fixing team (I was contractor for five months) Activity: Backend developer Projects engaged: • Commercial Back Office: CRM where employees of highway concessionaire provide different services for their clients (Toll discounts, payments methods, promotions, claims…) and for themselves (Reports, auditory, stock management…). In this case the Highways that Kapsch worked on were SRTA and RCTC. Main activities: - Develop, support, bug fixing, Report refactoring and design. - Frequent contact with people in USA either by chat or calls to ask or train about different business topics. - We were assigned to develop PBIs or to fix some bugs according to their severity. Meaning that you might end knowing like 8 about 30 modules that exists. Context: - The contract was for five months since they needed some reinforcement to fix a big number of bugs in order to pass the quality required by the clients.

Role: Lead Developer of Cliente Unico Activity: Frontend & .NET Developer • Cliente Unico: Web application that centralizes all the client information from Bank Piano in order to allow other systems to access this required information upon providing either products or services like credit cards, life insurance, etc. • Utilidades Piano: Web application to manage life insurance and the collection of Legal studies that assist the bank. Main activities: - Develop, support and refactoring. Context: - The project "Cliente Unico" is one of the most important of the company, and is the main focus of my work. After a year and a half in GYF, I was upgraded to Lead Developer in order to take over the responsibilities left behind by my colleague who was upgraded to Lead Technician. For this reason, I am now engaged in both Full Stack Developer and DevOps jobs.

Projects engaged: • Sign system (Signsys): Web application used by the employees of the Banks where you can administrate Legal Documents, rules, signs, contracts and faculties. • Password Safe (PSafe): Web application thought to replace an old behavior (using envelopes) to assign temporary passwords to a computer in order to do technical maintenance. • SQL Auditor: Web application to recollect specific registries (customizable) of different servers to gather them for consulting and processing. • Security Manager (SecMgr): Web application that works in sync with the other web application (Signsys, Psafe, SqlAuditor) to set up profiles that allows/disallow people to perform certain actions. Main clients: Banco de Chile, Citi, Banco Nación, Banco Itau, Banco Santander, Banco Hipotecario, Tecpetrol.
