As part of the responsibilities I have is to be a communication channel between the Engineering Team (CTO, VP of engineering, etc) with the rest of the team, I also worked closed with the Product Owner to plan, execute and contain the sprint work assigned to the team. ● Team lead of 7 developers. ● Responsibility for the delivery of new features. ● Responsible for the deployment to production and maintenance of the application. ● Researched, reviewed and implemented new tools to improve the process of development increase the value of the application. ● Actively coding in Ruby on Rails and React

Responsible for the design and deployment of new features/functionality. Between the features I worked: • Integrate RESTful APIs between the application and many other third-party services and internal apps. (Janrain was one of those third-party companies and this company was in charge of the registration and management of attendees to the different events that ORM had.) • I was on the specialized team in charge of the migration of the entire web site from Ruby and Rails 2.3 to Ruby and Rails 3.2, 4 and planning up next RoR 6. ● Researched, reviewed and implemented new tools to improve the process of development increase the value of the application. ● We use Agile and Scrum as part of the methodology, with daily stand ups, weekly status meetings, sprint meetings, and design/review code and functionality meetings.
