• Responsible for IT area in Argentina. Direct report to Argentina and US management. • Administrative management of IT sector (IT providers, develop processes, and tickets evaluation/statistics) • Coordinate the team tasks in Neuquén, Buenos Aires and other cities with active operations. • In charge of managing upgrades, maintenances and Support to the technology used in drilling operations. • Technical Support to the internal client. Hardware/software maintenance. L1/L2/L3 support. • Administration, maintenance and updates of operation systems and network. • Configuration of routers, switches and access points (Cisco, Ubiquiti) • Configuration and maintenance of self-pointing antennas (Avl). • Incidents resolution. Corrective and evolutive maintenance in ticketing system. • Implementation and administration of surveillance and Access control systems. • Administration of IT warehouse and hardware inventory.
• Responsible for the administration of the "Systems and Technology" department. My duties involved the selection of technological equipment and keep track of them through SAP, as well as the administration of communications of the company. • Technical support which include user assistance, hardware, software and networks.
