My main function or responsibility would be focus in the technical code configuration if needed, normally what i do is support an external application that i manage to do administrative maintenance, we organize the tasks with tickets and executing the task according the requirement, the tasks could be from creating a user to change some configurations inside the system, the external system is customizable by an administrative user, so in most case it won't be necessary to modify anything from code o data base. Meetings, training and conference with my team and the users are in english. We work with the DAM application side with Aprimo and the users who use the application are inside bi or could be external users around the world.
