● Migrated java legacy code from AWS CodeCommit to Github to improve the build process speed and integration with other tools ● Contributed with Migration of Terraform Infrastructure source code from AWS CodeCommit to new Github repository using Gradle scripts ● Containerized and deployed microservices into a dev environment using Skaffold for testing ● Configured containers into Kubernetes in AWS EKS to prod environment using YAML configuration
Key Responsabilities: •Troubleshoot application performance issues and engage HelpDesk or IT Support as needed, to identify and resolve the issue. •Prioritize requests from operations, development and product teams fairly while demonstrating a sense of empathy. •Help automated deployments of data pipelines using CI/CD, enabling faster and more portable deployments •Execute any SDLC tasks, including (but not limited to) merge, build,release, operations, and day to day maintenance and administration. •Writing and executing scripts, PowerShell and other scripting languages. •Understand source and version control tools. Emphasis on Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Git/TFVC. •Installation and configuration of software in virtualized environments to ensure high availability.
Key Responsabilities: • Maintain and extend automated build processes, functional and regression test suites. • Work with software team members to ensure timely delivery of reliable source, automated unit and regression tests. • Facilitate communication between software development, testing, integration, implementation and support. • Perform problem resolution (fault isolation/diagnostics) as needed. • Install and configure system components. • Monitor existing and new components so they align with authorized best practices . • Determine branching strategy and maintain branches for various components, products, and product lines (Accurev, Git, Atlassin Stash). • Provide quality solutions consistent with project initiatives. • Compile, build, version and package deployments using standard practices and tools. • Plan and execute application deployments to QA and UAT fix environments as requested.

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners - Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies. - Testing and fixing faulty equipment - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues - Ensure internal systems are functioning at optimal levels by performing regular maintenance and application/security updates; ensure all systems have adequate virus protection.
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions. - Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. - Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses. - Record activities, solutions and other responses to request for service. - Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment. - Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
