At present I am leading projects for the “Machine Learning Delivery” area, which is a cross area of the company, providing solutions for all business units. I am designing and implementing high performance and scalable architectures and projects, as well as estimating and planning team tasks, coordinating them with different teams and improving the development process, using different methodologies and tools. I am acting as the leader of the assigned teams, promoting the professional growth of their members, focusing on an excellent experience within the organization. We are developing Machine Learning Models, as well as guiding research and development proposals with supervised models, machine learning techniques for neural networks and feature engineering. I am also responsible for the compliance with business metrics and the KPIs, assigned as enterprise and business unit goals.
