As a Project Manager and Business Developer my goal was to drive projects in Mexico and the US, capturing new business, ensuring profitability, managing all aspects of P&L, creating budgets, forecasts and progress reports.

I performed Incident Coordination and Management in support of Global Production Locations in Latin America, US and Middle East (Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Dubai - UAE), driving incidents to resolution following ITIL guidelines.
I coordinated the SAP incident ticket full lifecycle. I covered and managed different on-call schedules to deliver a follow-the-sun world class service.
