*PROJECT: SEARS (www.sears.com) I work as QC Lead at Sears Sweepstakes project (http://www.shopyourway.com/app/2/r), with a group of 4 QC partners (2 in Argentina and 2 in USA) Methodology: Agile Technology: Java and Net Implementation of an engine award, which serves for managing promotions, recording entry of new players and choose the winners, among other things. (www.shopyourway.com)   Main tasks and responsibilities: * Lead testing area and do the sign off of the User Stories * Definition of Test Cases and Testing estimates in the project * Review of software requirements * Implementation / Monitoring Test Case * Report bugs * Using Jira for tracking issues * Provide training to new team members * Make and lead the demo to the client before go to Production * Send to the client the Test Plan and the Sign-Off documents
