Configured marketing campaign for US insurance companies. High impact process automation. Supported the dialing platform migration from Noble to Genesys Cloud. Collaborated with different teams (QA, System Analysts) to improve requirements and testing before releases.

Created a database structure and procedures to support the loan applications business using PostgreSQL. Optimized the loan application evaluation process functions to run instantly even during heavy loads. Trained new SQL developers. Built a cloud infrastructure using Heroku and AWS.

Lead the implementation of the SITRAMOBI mobile platform. An app to manage and track marine species extraction and their subsequent processing. I had the chance to travel to Sechura, where the extraction takes place, and gather information for the current process, and contributed to the analysis and design of the new mobile and automated system.

Designed new data marts structures and ETL processes for the data upload using Pentaho tools to support business decision-making. Lead multiple side-projects for the company like mobile apps creation, a GPS tracking system, and systems migrations driven by company acquisitions

Lead the development of a taxi on-demand application. This includes the development of mobile applications and a web back office for management. I've had the chance to work closely with the product managers and contributed to the product design and features.
