Besides that, being a data-oriented company with uses machine learning, IA, and statistical model to build its own business and product, the design team needs to be strategic. As a service and product designer inside this context, I need not only be the user's advocate and guarantee a great experience but also be able to understand and use data, statistics, and technology to help think about the insurance market future in the world.

CVC Corp is one of the biggest brands in Brazil and the biggest company in the tourism market in South America. The company has been working on a digital transformation in the last few years, which was accelerated due to the Covid Pandemic. Because of the current pandemic, the tourism market has been suffering in the last two years the worst crisis ever, being necessary to rethink the way that tourism will be working shortly. With this challenge, I started working inside the Product department as a Senior Product Designer in the mobile applications tribe. My job as a Senior Product and service Designer involves working on improving products that already exist and new ones. It starts in the discovery process, then applying design thinking methodologies during the Define process, and finally working with the development team to build the best viable solution.

iClinic is a Brazilian healthtech company that has as its main goal to simplify the health in Brazil, as one of the most important SaaS software that makes the clinic and doctor live easier, this startup stood out in the market and has received support from players like International Softbank Group and Moll, besides that the company was bought for AFYA which is one of the biggest health players in the world. Now iClinic has been working hard to build the one-stop-shop concept inside the health market As a product and service designer there I worked inside a new product based on the financial module, I had to conduct all the design processes, where I was responsible for the discovery and delivery process. With this in mind, I conducted user interviews, workshop facilitation, and the design of interfaces. Also, I helped them to improve their own process based on my previous experiences leading different types of projects for many companies.

I worked for WHF for three years as a Product and service designer leading projects for companies such as Porsche, Rodonaves, TOTVS, and Ourofino. Inside these projects, I was the main designer and responsible for the definition of methodologies and processes. In this scenario, I worked on different kinds of projects, but always applied the whole design process, thus I needed to apply a deep user research process and even work in the delivery process. That's why nowadays I'm a designer that can understand and work in all the flow of a digital product and service. I started my career working as an art assistant for 3atos, a regional ads agency. Working inside the ads market I had the chance to improve my visual design skills and after some months I got the promotion to an Art Director. As an Art Director, I worked for some national companies and earned three Brazilian Ads Prizes. Two of them are for package designs and the third one is for creativity in digital media. Besides that, when I was an art director I had my first experience with digital interfaces, building e-commerces and institutional websites for different kinds of companies.
