Technical lead between 8 squads (loans, credit card, renegotiation, currency exchange, investment, Insurance, digitalization, 1:1 sales) at the bank "b2C salesroom", I worked with agile and design thinking leading research operations, design and co-creation workshops. In one of those activities we created the "Loans Button" at the home screen for the Itaú app, as a result, we achieved a 13% increase in the loans squad consolidated conversion, 30% of the annual target, and 25 million reais in just one month. Main activities: Team mentoring, creation of the Itaú accessibility framework, quantitative and qualitative research, co-creation workshops, wireframes, layout and prototyping, flowcharts, sitemaps and usability test
