Main Responsibilities: - Provide support to the development team running regressive tests, validations of new features and issue reports; - Teach how the team processes works for newcomers QAs; - Do some researches and POCs about new tools and processes; - Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies; - Improve the quality processes creating test cases and scenarios to cover all the application's features; - Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities; - Identify, record, track, document thoroughly and critically all bugs, defects and suggested improvements; - Perform black-box, white-box and smoke testing with the intention of breaking things; - Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements; - Test functionality and features against both function, UI/UX and technical requirements.

As Project Manager, I coordinated a team of programmers, artists, sound engineers, game designers and test analysts at Coffee Machine Studio, a video game production company from Uberlândia. In this company, I studied and applied development methodologies like Scrum with a team of 10 people, and coordinated the projects of three games, one of them taking about two years of production.
