As a Project Manager I was in charge of coordinating the work of 14 people assigned to 4 different teams and distributed across 4 countries, using both English and Spanish. The role involved hosting planning, retrospective, mid-sprint meetings for all the teams as well as reporting the status and progress of the teams to the CEO and CTO. My main objetive was to prioritize the requirements defined by the CEO and the CTO, break them down to user stories, define which was the best team to tackle each one and follow up the progress with the teams during the sprint. One of my main goals was to foster and maintain a good working environment while also continuing to drive progress in a place where objectives were changing rapidly. As part of this position I performed PM, PO and Scrum Master tasks.
