Design, implementation and control of campaigns and commercial actions in order to contribute to build loyalty, as well to expand the client portfolio, using analytical business intelligence models. -Definition of customer behavior cycles according to their characteristics Creation of reports of trends, results and alerts on the impact of commercial management. -Creation, maintenance, updating and improvement of existing customer databases in commercial management, as well as the promotion of their correct use through data analysis and exploitation tools and business intelligence. -Study of behavior and use of products of clients / prospects.

General coordination in the process of assembling the annual planning of the company. Monitoring, diagnosis and detection of sources of improvement in high impact strategic projects in the company. Coordination of the management control team (3 members).

Monitoring of compliance in the annual plan. Detection of alerts and sources of improvement. - Participation in the assembly cycle and monitoring of the annual plan: strategic projects, progress of monitoring, resource management and budgets. -Impact measurement and update of strategic KPIs reports.
