As a regional product owner, I support the digital transformation of the company, leading B2B and B2C digital initiatives in Chile, Peru, and Colombia that provide the maximum value of the product (ROI, NPS, etc). My main responsibilities are understanding and supporting the needs and interests of all stakeholders and the developing and management of the product backlog and release plan. And represent the voice of the customer, balancing the need vs. the benefit/cost of the products.
Sendia is an omnichannel contact platform that has channels such as SMS, Whatsapp Business, Mailing, etc., which help companies improve communication with their customers. As Product Owner of Sendia, my main functions are to manage and comply with the strategic roadmap of the product that it incorporates; development plans, marketing strategies, quality, ROI assessment, sales, budget management, sales channels, and the scaling of new national and international markets.
Responsible for accompanying clients to understand and define the vision of their projects, define the appropriate methodology and technology together with the development team, leading the projects from start to finish, managing the backlog, and creating together with the Business analyst the user stories.
