As a security architect, we need to review and define security standards and controls in every initiative being implemented. My day to day involves making sure the right security policies and procedures are being followed in any data initiative. On the other hand, I evaluate any new security tools and software to be implemented in benefit of the whole data tribe. This activity involves managing projects since the beginning to the end (pilots to the final state), including budget and contract management

Coordination and support for the Master in Computer Science program I help to plan the semester activities so the master students and professors won't have any administrative issues I also plan the certification activities, which usually involve defining a schedule along with big providers like IBM or Microsoft in their education programes.

Among other important topics of computer science Information systems (Computer Science Program) In this course, I teach a out architecture, IT project management and tech startups. Digital transformation (Industrial Engineering Program) In this course, I teach digital transformation fundamentals according to Stanford's model. Then we practice programming solutions for the latest technologies/topics included in digital transformations. Ex: big data and data analytics, artificial intelligence, Blockchain, cybersecurity. On other topics, I am very much involved in creating Ed programs for cybersecurity

As an agile project manager, I was responsible to manage up to 4 IT projects at the same time in a year. The projects usually involved: infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity. The main project management activities I held were: procurement and contract management (national and international vendors), resource and budget management (managed up to 15 people and 10MM budget), execution and control (including reporting to senior executives and other importante stakeholders for the project), and closing and transfer management (report any achievements, OKRs reached and collect lessons learned / retrospectives, so in the end the product created can be transfer to an operation team in the company). The projects involved different kinds of methodologies such as: agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Scrum.

I'm in charge of getting users requirements come to life. This process starts with a requirement engineering process indeed. So afterwards it can turn into technical requirements. These ones are described in what we call a "Technical Design". The following phase is Development. We work with some software providers for this phase, so my main tasks involve project management (time, cost and scope management) along with our software factory partners. For quality assurance process, we handle have Testing phases: Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Quality Assurance; the last one is managed along with our Software Quality Assurance Department. Last but not least, the process concludes with Production Implementation Phase and Post Production Following, which in some projects contain business and technical pilots so the final requirement are totally fulfilled.
