At DDM, my main role is kind of as a Lead UX/Product Designer, in charge of defining the UX strategy as well as designing all interfaces for both desktop and mobile. I'm currently working along with Simon (CEO) and a Product Manager on redesigning SaleHoo since it's we're currently facing low retention and engagement. Basically, we're focusing on 2 main strategies: on the one hand, increase the acquisition rate (which will subsequently increase retention rate) by redefining the website's storytelling and the business's model (including free-trial; allowing for products combos). Added to this, we aim to leverage retention and engagement by improving and automating our suppliers' database, and also by unifying the 3 sub-products into one dashboard.
I'm co-founder of UXWA, an online academy of advanced UX Writing courses taught by professionals from top-notch companies in LATAM, focused on all stages of the design thinking framework.
