I was on charge with data analyses and migrations, also, providing solutions and flows for work with infoormation (data and reports) for use by the company’s BI. My responsibilities in the position included: • Handling emails and tickets related data correction and analyses. • Migrations from Oracle database to AWS cloud. • AWS resources work: step functions, AWS lambda, redshift, crawlers, S3, Athena. • Creating packages (step functions y lambda) using Python language for the code used into the lambda functions. • Tables and stored procedures migrations from Orace for be used in Redshift.

I was in charge of providing solutions and support in on-premise applications of Microsoft CRM Dynamics. I had the experience of working with a client from Canada (CIBC: Banking and Financial Services). My responsibilities in the position included: • Handling emails and tickets related to incidents in the application. • Participating in and providing solutions for short-term projects related to the client's business. • Analyzing and extracting data by creating queries in SQL Server Management Studio. • Creating packages (SSIS) for data modification or migration using SQL Server Data Tools. • Renewing application certificates on servers using Internet Information Services (IIS). • Working on code improvements or fixes in the frontend (JavaScript components) and backend (plugins, controls, and web services developed in C#).

I worked in this company for 8 years on numerous projects for one of the most important clients in the insurance sector in Costa Rica, the Instituto Nacional de Seguros. I developed web and mobile applications for clients, suppliers, and company officials. My responsibilities in the position included: • Handling projects either individually or as part of a team, following the project methodology format called RUP. • Developing web applications based on .Net and C#. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap were also used for user experience design. • Developing and documenting services (WCF and REST APIs) in C#. • Analyzing and modeling table relationships for the database of each project in SQL Server Management Studio. • Creating tables, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server. • Attending meetings to document and define requirements, use cases, and present project scope to the client.

I worked for only 8 months providing maintenance on desktop applications (C#) and web applications (.Net and C#). This allowed me to learn and apply my knowledge in the job market.
