• Capture, validate and record requests to Technology for the maintenance of applications, made by users / customers of the same. • Request, record and monitor the delivery of the schedules associated with those made by users. These evaluations include feasibility study, effort and planning of the tasks for the development of the Application, in which the effort and complexity of the development is determined. • Ensure that all requirements for changes, maintenance of internal systems and those provided by third parties, are subject to formal procedures, as established by the government regulations.
• Support the Project Leader in the fulfillment of the productive development activities defined for the projects, in order to complete the phases. • Provide the use of development tools to solve the requirements presented. • Collaborate and Interact with those involved in each project, in order to determine the activities necessary for development and execution.
