Platzi is an educational platform and community focused on web development, marketing, and other web-related content. As Product Manager at Platzi, I was overseeing the launch of different campaigns working closely with cross-functional teams and communicating constantly with users to help define the backlog items.

As Head of Product, I was part of the leadership team of the company, I was responsible for defining the roadmap for the company's online solutions for their clients, being a B2B service company I was in constant communication with customers understanding and defining their pain points as well as overseeing the development process.
