I had the privilege to lead three impactful projects: Chatbot: I spearheaded the development of an intelligent chatbot using SAP Conversational AI, a flow-based bot harnessing ML instead of rule-based frameworks. We implemented NLP and text mining techniques to handle user queries and fallback situations. Social Indicator Dashboard: This innovative tool was designed to aid in prioritizing zones in Buenos Aires for a sewer expansion plan. By collating and analyzing various social indicators, we created a decision-making framework that facilitated informed and equitable infrastructure development. Water Turbidity Prediction: Utilizing neural networks, I developed a model capable of predicting water turbidity, which enabled more proactive management of water quality, ensuring safer and cleaner water for the communities served by AySA.
At Vonage, I served as a Software Developer within the Messages team, where I was actively involved in the intricate design and execution of efficient messaging systems. My responsibilities encompassed crafting and implementing high-quality code, ensuring the seamless delivery and reception of messages across our network. I was constantly engaged with vast amounts of text data, which required sophisticated methods of processing and managing this information in real time. As a specialist in Wix Code, I assisted users in customizing their websites and applications, leveraging the advanced capabilities of Wix's integrated development environment. This ranged from troubleshooting code issues to guiding users in creating more dynamic, robust website functionality. In terms of DNS, I handled queries related to domain name system configurations.
