First started as Developer only, now I’m working directly with the Development project lead also. We analyze next developments and requirements, organize the dev team to assign the stories, creating new versions for QA team and talking to Core team (from Israel) about new releases of the solutions. Now im also the reference for the developers because I was already implicated in all the different solutions both front and backend.

Adding to the development area, in 2016 I started by my own to create solutions in C#. All of them connected to the existing database of the VB6 System. Later started also to add API’s and integrated the systems to mobile solutions of other companies. After 2 years in development, technical support to clients and database administration, I started to be involved in clients requirement analysis, and later in 2017 I was already the development leader having 2 developers working with me.
