Worked with Home banking applications, running on Desktop browsers and native applications too, creating and executing manual test cases. Deploying newer versions, doing environment maintenance and networking troubleshooting were part of our responsibilities.

Manual testing of different internal applications, web-based, for internal users. Creating and automating QA reports with google drive suite. Reviewing internal processes and looking for new opportunities inside the company to improve the process and performance of critical sectors to reduce response time.
