● Conduct training for new resources that entered the project with technical and business knowledge for 3 months. ● Lead different testing teams of Diners Club in Digital Channel and Chatbot of this customer, using Watson assistant application, microservices, testing of front and back end using Agile Methodology.
Execution different manual testing of the new mobile app IOS, Android and the new website of Diners Club of Ecuador that banking processes for credit cards were included. ● Obtain knowledge and leadership skills with the Diners client to ascend as a QA leader, a job that I currently perform.
