• Worked on the CanalPro app, an inventory and leads management tool. In partnership with the General Product Manager and the Product Managers, conducted the discovery processes and facilitated workshops on value proposition and prioritization of initiatives. Contributed to defining the metrics and impact monitoring. Delivered visual designs and applied usability tests. • Designed and adapted the user experience on the Plano ZAP+, a bundle of services for real-state ecosystems. •Mentored Junior designers to develop their careers, facilitated sessions to discuss the design team structure, and supported the hiring process.

•Created design solutions for the Marketplace (ZAP and Viva Real sites) •Worked on the discovery process and validation of the hypothesis of all initiatives about the ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account) metric.

•Designed ZAPWAY+, a new product that makes the journey of renting a house into an experience without friction. •Conducted the discovery process, client interviews, mapping the user journey and user flows, and competitive analysis report.

•Designed the entire evolution of the app experience. Conducted customer research, competitor analysis, user testing, and low and high-fidelity prototyping. •Implemented design critique, so the entire team could see what was being designed and foster collaboration. •Supported the marketing team in developing campaign standards and impacting customer conversion, achieving the first round of Seed A investments.

•Worked on redesigning Bradesco Internet Banking, one of the biggest banks in Brazil. Supported the consolidation of the new design patterns and created new flows to improve the user experience, in addition to visual design deliveries and user testing follow-up.
