• Head of Technical Projects and their stages: • Management of planning, resources, implementation, and monitoring of the milestones of each phase, oriented to high-quality deliverables. • Holding regular meetings with clients and members of technology teams (BI Analysts, Software Engineers, etc.). • Foster effective communication, aligning information with teams, clients, and stakeholders. • Guarantee good work practices focused on the client and results-driven for optimal performance. • Preparation of reports and closing of project deals. • Promote continuous and strategic improvement in the business. • Ensure the achievement of the objectives within the established deadlines efficiently, prioritizing the client's requirements.
• Responsible for the entire Software Engineering Management Cycle and its phases: - Design and Development. - Testing. - Releasement. - Operations and Maintenance. • Provide technical leadership to software engineers by coaching and mentoring throughout the software lifecycle. (5-10 teams, 10 professionals each one approximately). • Provide input to the software engineering manager for estimates, resource needs, milestones, and risks. • Represent and lead discussions related to product /application /modules/ team and build relationships with internal customers/ stakeholders. • Enforcement of quality processes (such as performing technical root cause analysis and outlining corrective action for given problems).
• Assistance in the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. • Assurance of the correct service of deliverables, that it complies with the agreed quality standards of documentation, and presentation of the pertinent reports. • Contribution to the continuous improvement of the service, by maintaining best practices and updating knowledge.
• Technical support and assistance with system tools and applications, in response to customer needs, (via chat, email, or telephone), providing solutions under the highest quality standards. • Daily tasks performed to provide access and grant permissions to various system applications (for example, SAP). • Verification of network and access to it through VPN check, among other analyzes and case tests.
